|
|
Hi,
I rebooted my pc today (gfentoo & gnome) and since than, the mouse cursor vanishes when I go over the menu-bar or the overview which I get, when I touch the upper left corner with the mouse. I perform regular updates, therefor I cant say that package emerge resultet in this situation. But when I start the gnome-tweak-tool I can see under: "Extensons" that my Multi monitor add-on is not working anymore due to the new version of the gnome-shell (3.18.3). Is it possible that it has something to do with the dbus, becuase I had some troubles with that before when working via ssh.
emerge --info:

I don't recall seeing this problem on my Gnome 3.18 upgrades...
I'd check your mouse cursor themes first if it disappears for only a specific part of the display, make sure you actually have icons for all mouse hotspots. Perhaps also make sure you have a mouse cursor theme installed? I forget if that's still an option in gnome3 after all the changes... _________________ Intel Core i7 2700K/Radeon R7 250/24GB DDR3/256GB SSD
