media-video/movit configure phase failed

Sorry to need again help: sometimes Gentoo is too difficult for me! Thanks to whom will find some time to help me.
I successfully installed Gentoo (cryptsetup, lvm, base-system, X, plasma 5) following Sakaki's EFI Install Guide. Now I'm inside plasma. Since I need konsole, dolphin, and other stuff, I tried to install
kde-apps/kde-apps-meta, but I get the following message:

if you need support post output of emerge --info '=media-video/movit-1.3.0::gentoo and The complete build log is located at '/var/tmp/portage/media-video/movit-1.3.0/temp/build.log'.
use wgetpaste or similar for the build.log

There is movit-1.3.1-r1 in portage, did you try to build it? I built it successfully, but I'm using gcc-5.3.

Out of ideas. You are not ready to switch to gcc-5.3 ?

At the moment, I've gcc-4.9.3 p1.5.
Since I simulated an old-style stage1 install, bootstrapping twice the toolchain, and rebuilding everything in the @world set using the new toolchain, now I don't know what to do. Perhaps, it will be better to wait some week before retrying.

Can you try reinstalling eigen3? If that does not fix it, please post /usr/share/pkgconfig/eigen3.pc.
