Hi everybody!
during emerging plasma-meta I came across a compilation error

Something must be wrong with your Perl installation, dev-perl/URI is properly registered as a runtime dependency for kdoctools. Did your recently upgrade perl and are you perhaps missing a run of perl-cleaner?
