I'm installing on a new laptop, so a lot of my config files are still stock. I'm expecting that's maybe my problem.

When in enlightenment19, if I open an aterm, I get some strange behavior with cursor position and display. For example: if I resize the window, when I start typing it immediately creates a new line, with a new command prompt shifted several spaces to the right. If I type the backspace, the cursor moves one space to the right, and will keep doing so until I have covered as many spaces as there were characters. If I type the up-arrow (which normally recalls the last line entered, replacing whatever is currently on the command line), that content is displayed, but shifted several spaces rightwards.

Is this some wonky setting I have wrong somewhere? This is only happening on my new laptop; the desktop with (mostly) the same installed state doesn't have these issues.

Cheers,

EE
