Calculating dependencies... done!

!!! The ebuild selected to satisfy ">=net-libs/webkit-gtk-2.7.2:4" has unmet requirements.
- net-libs/webkit-gtk-2.8.5::gentoo USE="(X) egl geoloc gles2 gstreamer introspection jit libsecret opengl spell webgl -coverage -doc -test (-wayland)" ABI_X86="64"

The following REQUIRED_USE flag constraints are unsatisfied:
webgl? ( exactly-one-of ( gles2 opengl ) )

The above constraints are a subset of the following complete expression:
geoloc? ( introspection ) gles2? ( egl ) introspection? ( gstreamer ) webgl? ( exactly-one-of ( gles2 opengl ) ) !webgl? ( at-most-one-of ( gles2 opengl ) ) any-of ( wayland X )

(dependency required by "net-libs/gnome-online-accounts-" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "gnome-base/gvfs-1.24.2-r1::gentoo[gnome-online-accounts]" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "gnome-base/gnome-light-3.16.0::gentoo" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "gnome-light" [argument])

ive got the gnome USE flag

( exactly-one-of ( gles2 opengl )

( at-most-one-of ( gles2 opengl )

Hi this is telling you that you cant emerge your chosen packages with both the gles2 and opengl use flags.You have them both set as global use flags in your /etc/portage/make.conf
more specifically if you want to emerge webkit-gtk with the webgl use flag you need too choose either the gles2 or opengl use flag
