I've upgraded my system to Plasma 5 using the instructions at: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/KDE/Plasma_5_upgrade . Everything appeared to be working great until I emerged world yesterday and the emerge failed on kuser.

The relevant emerge log reads:
Code:
-- Performing Test __KDE_HAVE_GCC_VISIBILITY - Success
-- Found KDE 4.12 include dir: /usr/include
-- Found KDE 4.12 library dir: /usr/lib64
-- Found the KDE4 kconfig_compiler preprocessor: /usr/bin/kconfig_compiler
-- Found automoc4: /usr/bin/automoc4
-- Found KdepimLibs: /usr/lib64/cmake/KdepimLibs/KdepimLibsConfig.cmake
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:39 (check_include_files):
  Unknown CMake command "check_include_files".

Examining the cmake log the relevant part is:
Code:
Run Build Command:"/usr/bin/gmake" "cmTC_55942/fast"
/usr/bin/gmake -f CMakeFiles/cmTC_55942.dir/build.make CMakeFiles/cmTC_55942.dir/build

This appears to be the same bug fixed in a previous version here: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=565770

Should I try and re-open the old one? Open another bug?

Thanks in advance for your help.

The patch was backported from upstream (so it should be part of the 15.12.0 tarball) but missed the cutoff for RC tagging. In any case, 15.11.90 is now fixed.
