Hello!
Sorry my bad English.
This is the point at which $HOME, any users .netrc, .forward etc. A particularly interested .mailrc, can not find any system (info mailutils scattered fragments), nor in the internet (not a bunch of Compliance each other information). There is somewhere a description for what, and for everyone? Or at least specifically .mailrc |

globus ... if I understand the question correctly, you're looking for the commands used in mailrc? You can look at the manpage (here from mail-client/mailx) ...
