Icedtea, Opera & Firefox

Good morning all!

I need to run a jnlp file in my office, I used this https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-997984-view-next.html?sid=77c848e16d16012ebc9fae89817fffae to set it up, and everything seemed to work fine, but unfortunately there's an empty grey window. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue or knows of something that might be missing to view it? Any help is appreciated.

Well, if I leave it long enough Icedtea plugin crashes :-(

icedtea 7 is known to have a memory leak eventually using up all shared memory (check via ipcs)

if no one offer additional advice later, you could try out dev-java/icedtea 3.0.0_pre*

from the java overlay and see whether that would work better with the plugin
