When I try to emerge xmps I got first a mkdir access violation now these. Any ideas?

This is due to a sandbox violation. The sandbox is basically a protected environment where code is run where it can't harm your system. You should file a big report, including any specific information you may deem useful. In the mean time you can edit /etc/make.globals and comment out the #features="sandbox" line, emerge your package, then uncomment it again. There is also an export DISABLE_SANDBOX=1 or something to that effect you can use ..... but I can't recall exactly what the variable you're supposed to change is. Hope that helps....
