Enlightenment 0.18 application icons not displayed

I've tried to install unstable Enlightenment 0.19, but it had drawing error (but icons displayed fine) so I reinstalled stable 0.18.
Now almost every application icon is not displayed (I can see Firefox, LXterminal and some other icons but no e.g. Libreoffice, Midori or Audacity icons)
I've tried to remove ~/.e and ~/.enlightenment and relogin but it didn't helped.

I've tried to install unstable evas_generic_loaders with svg use flag enabled, but it didn't help. Maybe some activation is needed?

In LXDE on same machine icons works fine.

Both e18 and e19 are broken and upstream isn't interested in fixing any of it. You may have better luck with e17.
