I have been using targetcli from an overlay to run the in kernel iSCSI target for my home network. I recently made the move to systemd and realized that targetcli does not have a systemd service file. In my search it seems that all alternatives in the portage tree do not seem to have support for newer kernels or for systemd.

Can anyone advise what the current state of iSCSI target software is on Gentoo? The packages do not seem to have been maintained in a while (only live builds for some tools and only support for up to 3.11 kernels in others).
