Good day everyone,

I've installed Firefox 40.0.3 in Plasma DE. I am using LightDM manager as it was instructed so to use in Plasma installation documentation.

My problem is that Firefox buttons and controls are quite ugly - they all look edgy and Windows 95 like and not smooth and glossy like in the other DE's. What causes this problem? Is it the display manager I am using? Is there a way to make Firefox controls appear with its default look-and-feel, i.e., smooth and curvy?

Thanks,
Victor.

Problem solved. Looks like setting GTK2 Theme to Adwaita and GTK3 Theme to Default in "Gnome Application Style" option somehow made controls in Firefox appear normal.
