Hi,
following the SDDM Gentoo wiki (https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/SDDM) it says right at the bottom that in case ck-list-sessions doesn't read active = TRUE then this indicates an issue.
The suggested way to solve the issue is by removing nox11 from /etc/pam.d/system-login. However, doing so causes ck-list-sessions to list 2 sessions instead of only one as prior to removing nox11.

Is there a way I can keep my system running only one session and make it read active = TRUE?

Thanks
