I can't get the USB flash drive to mount or act like KDE4.

I'm using KDE5:
KDE Apps 15.04.3
KDE Frameworks 5.12.0
KDE Plasma 5 5.3.2

System info's:
Gentoo ~amd64
CI3-550
4 GB ram
Nvidia GT730

Gentoo ~amd64
CI7-4770
8 GB ram
4600 HD

Gentoo ~amd64
CI7-4970
8 GB ram
4600 HD

(I have KDE4 on all the above systems)

Using KDE4
Insert the USB flash drive:
1. I get a device notification popup window with actions to use the USB flash drive.
2. I select an action, like open with file manager and Dolphin opens.
Remove the USB flash drive:
1. To stop using the USB flash drive, I select the task bar device icon to get a device notification popup window.
2. I hover over the small icon to the right, which says "Click to safely to remove this device". I select that icon.
3. I can remove the USB flash drive.

Using KDE5
Insert the USB flash drive:
1. The device icon shows in the task bar. If you auto hide the taskbar, you won't know anything happened.
2. I must select the task bar device icon to get a device notification popup window with actions to use the USB flash drive.
3. I select an action, like open with file manager, I get an error message that says "could not mount the following device:".
4. I hover over the small icon to the right, which says "click to mount this device". I select that icon.
5. I get another popup window that is for authentication. I enter my password.
6. I get a device notification popup window with actions to use the USB flash drive.
3. I get another popup window that is for authentication. I enter my password.
4. I can remove the USB flash drive.

I imported the KDE4 device actions:
1. Copy the following KDE4 to KDE5:
/usr/share/apps/solid/actions/ to ~/.local/share/solid/actions/
/usr/share/apps/solid/devices/ to ~/.local/share/solid/devices/

2. Run in konsole:
kbuildsycoca5 --noincremental

3. Reboot

You can see the extra steps involved to use an USB flash drive. So what am I missing to get KDE5 to act similar to KDE4? Or is this the best that it gets?
