I'm working on a fairly new installation of KDE and finding that the KDE Bluetooth Device Wizard dialog always starts at login whether or not bluetooth is enabled. A google search isn't finding anyone else with this issue and I don't see any setting in system settings that indicates why this may be happening (and disabling bluetooth through system settings doesn't affect the behavior.

Anyone else having this issue? Any thoughts where I could look?

Changing the system start setting to 'start with new session' as opposed to the previous one (which is default) seems to have fixed the problem. I must have started some program/service that kept starting up.
