Failed to emerge sys-fs/udev-219

Hi all,
I have installed gentoo stage3 on raspberry pi 2. And during the update (emerge -uDN --with-bdeps=y @world) udev compilation failed.

I thought it could be related to the gcc recompilation, so I also tried to run

but the error persists during udev compilation.

Hmm, look if [bug=539998]Bug 539998[/bug] helps

So the problem should be the "tls-dialect=gnu2" cflag. Is it safe to disable it only for udev ? Or should I remove it completely and rebuild everything ?

Yes, it should be, as it's a bug in their build-system (forcing gold, rather moronically) so it shouldn't affect other packages (or they're bugged, too.)

Hopefully the patch will make it into the distro soon (rightly so.)
