|
|
With the recent multilib changes in portage, i've rebuild most of my system and got everything back to work. For some reason Skype lost its theme and looks not like a program back from the 90s. Is there any way to get it work with my current theme (or some custom like it was before)? I am using XFCE and usually QT programs look like my GTK2 theme.

Start Skype in a terminal, I bet it complains about some missing libs. Install them (don't forget 32bit ABI) and if that works, please file a bug. |

Thanks allot! My gtk-engine was not compiled with 32bit ABI. I thought it would be enough to enable 32bit on requested packages but it seems like a better idea to enable it system wide. |

Yeah, but it's really an issue of a missing dependency in the ebuild, for which a bug should be filed |

There are quite a few gtk-engines out there. How would they select my current used one? I don't want all gtk-engines as dependencies of skype or is there a way to figure out which ones are installed and used within an ebuild? |
