Good day,
I have AMD HD7970 which I intend to use with radeonsi drivers.
It's written on the wiki pages that with mesa >=9.1 there should be support for OpenGL 3.3, yet I have version 2.1 with Mesa 10.5.2
Code: | ~ $ glxinfo | grep -i openGL
grep: warning: GREP_OPTIONS is deprecated; please use an alias or script
OpenGL vendor string: X.Org
OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on AMD TAHITI
OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 10.5.2
OpenGL shading language version string: 1.30
OpenGL extensions:
OpenGL ES profile version string: OpenGL ES 2.0 Mesa 10.5.2
OpenGL ES profile shading language version string: OpenGL ES GLSL ES 1.0.16
OpenGL ES profile extensions:

Therefore some games refuse to launch. What can cause the problem? |
