Hello, I'm looking for some advice for the following issue. I have been setting up KDE, (successfully configured X, installed kdebase-meta), and per the documentation decided to pull in kdeartwork-meta as well. As it were, though, I can't find the effect of this in any GUI menus, and have not found any documentation on additional configuration required.

The issue isn't so much that I need this feature - I would instead like to understand why I'm unable to find it and how I could troubleshoot this by myself in the future.
