Hi !
I have some problems.
The first one is, that i am not able to get new packages from the servers. I always get
following message
-snip-
Verbindungsaufbau zu gentoo.oregonstate.edu[128.193.0.3]:80... failed: Die Adressfamilie wird von der Protokollfamilie nicht unterstützt.
Erneuter Versuch.
-snap-
Anyone got similar response?
The second problem is, that xmms always segfaults. I use ~x86 (i think i remove that for
less _work_ in future) and saw that some people have problems with their gcc.
Anyone knows a solution for my problems?
As far as i know, its possible to recompile the whole system with
qpkg -nc -I | sort | uniq | NOCOLOR=true xargs emerge 2 >&1 > qpkg-remake.log
Is that true (if gcc do it i if im able to get these needed packages)?
regards

Hello !
I solved this, by kompiling wget 1.8.2 (instead 1.9) again manually (without portage) and
rename the original wget (v. 1.9) and making a symlink to the selfcompiled wget.
