I have strange problem with kde5. After logging in, user loses groups:
user1@comp ~ $ id
uid=1000(user1) gid=100(users) groups=100(users)
user1@comp ~ $ su - user1
user1@comp ~ $ id
uid=1000(user1) gid=100(users) groups=100(users),5(tty),6(disk),10(wheel),18(audio),19(cdrom),27(video),35(games),80(cdrw),85(usb),104(pcscd),442(haldaemon),443(plugdev),1006(pulse-access),1014(vboxusers),1019(polkituser)

And this problem is only with kde5. Because of the disappearing groups I have problems with pulseaudio, virtualbox etc.
KF version is 5.6.0 and plasma version is 5.1.2, sddm version is 0.11.0
When using kde4 or xfce4 everything works fine
Does anyone else have the same problem ?

Hmmm. Just kind of throwing something out here just in case: are you starting a new session or continuing an existing session after making some recent changes?
