Hi.

There's little else to add.

Is there any gtk-engine that supports this feature? I know it can e done because oxygen-gtk does. However it can't be configured in any easy way (I'm all ears if that can be done as well). I don't care much about the look, but being able to use darker colors is a necessity for me.

I've looked around but it's hard to find any info on this subject. I was wondering if anyone around here ever thought of this.

I use qtcurve to theme both qt and gtk, and this can be configured in qtcurve if you have the systemsettings of kde installed.

Thanks.

I knew about qtcurve. Hiwever I am looking for a gtk only solution (or more correctly a kde-less one). I use qt programs, but I don't want kdelibs into this old lappy. The problem with qtcurve is the same than with oxygen.
