Ich habe unter Gentoo das merkwürde Problem, dass ich nicht auf meinen T-DSL Account zugreifen kann.
Ich bekomme ohne Probleme über rp-pppoe eine Verbindung, kann auch im Internet surfen.
Wenn ich jedoch mit einem Mailprogramm meine Mails abholen will, bekomme ich die Meldung "Server antwortet nicht entsprechend: Identification failed (120).
Ich habe meine Login-Daten mehrmals überprüft, die sind auf jeden Fall richtig. Habe auf meinem Rechner noch SuSE installiert, und da klappt alles.
Unter SuSE habe ich das IPv6 Protokoll noch am laufen, das habe ich unter Gentoo nicht im Kernel.
Ansonsten sieht meine Ausgabe von ifconfig folgender Maßen aus, falls es hilft:

Dieser Fehler ist bei Gentoo Programmübergreifend, von kmail, über fetchmail zu Mozilla-Mail. Überal das gleiche.

Hi,
überprüfe mal mit route -n Deine Routingtabelle. Meine sieht so aus:
Kernel IP Routentabelle
Ziel Router Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
217.5.98.10 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 UH 0 0 0 ppp0
192.168.0.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth0
192.168.0.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth1
0.0.0.0 217.5.98.10 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 ppp0
Wichtig dabei ist, dass ppp0 meine default route ist.
Eventuell das routing neu einstellen.
