as I noticed x font server is not run by default, what should I do to get xfs running instead of the font paths in XF86Config? thanx

Hi, you must edit your /etc/X11/XF86Config, del all line in the font section and add the following line FontPath "unix/:7100" Cheers, BeforeGod

thanx, after that xfs should run as a service I guess otherwise x will not start ...
