What's the license of the photo used in the wallpaper?
I'm not certain which licenses are allowed, but the other wallpapers seem to have either CC BY-SA 2.5 or CC BY-SA 4.0.

Based on the signature it has, its from SuperStock, so no idea, what licensing they use. If you have any tools to uncover the licensing, that would be good.

In the original picture is the note “SuperStock” ... this is a site that sells pictures ... so it could be that the uploader has already committed an infringement of copyrights. What is written directly under the image should also be noted: "This image is for personal desktop wallpaper use only".
I wouldn't pass the image on; if I were you, I would even delete it again and only use it privately.
