networkmanager-fortisslvpn and 2fa

Hello,

It appears that I can't get 2fa to work (the plugin is crapping out before being prompted for 2fa).

The only indication that 2fa is supported is under VPN (fortisslvpn) -> Advanced. There is a button there for 2FA, however, if I enable it and then try to connect it gives an error. If I disable it, networkmanager tries to connect but there is no 2FA prompt.

I can connect to this vpn via command line and openfortivpn.
