Recently I've realized that my notebook is heating pretty fast. As I live in hot country and we are on summer I thought it was normal. But recently I realized that it is not normal. I feel my fingers "burning" as I touch my keyboard. My Notebook top temperature was 60ºC or 62ºC while compiling and it kept around 43º~ 45º while normal usage. Now it is like this after a couple of minutes turned on:

Code:
pch_skylake-virtual-0
Adapter: Virtual device
temp1:        +47.5°C

BAT1-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
in0:          12.55 V
curr1:       747.00 mA

coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Package id 0:  +49.0°C  (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 0:        +49.0°C  (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 1:        +49.0°C  (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

drivetemp-scsi-0-0
Adapter: SCSI adapter
temp1:        +36.0°C  (low  =  +0.0°C, high = +60.0°C)
                       (crit low = -41.0°C, crit = +85.0°C)
                       (lowest = +34.0°C, highest = +36.0°C)

nvme-pci-0300
Adapter: PCI adapter
Composite:    +36.9°C  (low  =  -0.1°C, high = +82.8°C)
                       (crit = +89.8°C)

acpitz-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
temp1:        +49.0°C  (crit = +99.0°C)
temp2:        +49.0°C  (crit = +99.0°C)

I think I cannot hear my fan working and I emerged hardinfo and cannot find nothing related to FAN. I can't find anything about fan on my dmesg output, but I'm not sure if it should appear there.

Here is an example while I was compiling hardinfo:
Code:
pch_skylake-virtual-0
Adapter: Virtual device
temp1:        +56.5°C

BAT1-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
in0:          12.51 V
curr1:       940.00 mA

coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Package id 0:  +66.0°C  (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 0:        +66.0°C  (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 1:        +65.0°C  (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

drivetemp-scsi-0-0
Adapter: SCSI adapter
temp1:        +36.0°C  (low  =  +0.0°C, high = +60.0°C)
                       (crit low = -41.0°C, crit = +85.0°C)
                       (lowest = +34.0°C, highest = +36.0°C)

nvme-pci-0300
Adapter: PCI adapter
Composite:    +36.9°C  (low  =  -0.1°C, high = +82.8°C)
                       (crit = +89.8°C)

acpitz-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
temp1:        +65.0°C  (crit = +99.0°C)
temp2:        +65.0°C  (crit = +99.0°C)

As I said, I never seen anything higher than 62ºC before. Is there a way where I can check if my fan is working other than open my notebook and check the fan itself?

Here are my .config

Do you have a Status for fan in the Bios? It would be interesting if yes, compile something, when it is hot reboot, check bios.

Temperatur looks normal, my Laptop (acer) is in Idle around 30-33° but here it is very cold :?
Compiling goes up to 65-70°. But maybe your CPU gets throttled when compiling, if your fan is not working? What CPU is it and how fast it is when compiling "cat /proc/cpuinfo" please

Thank you. This is in idle, or? Your CPU should go up to 2300 MHz but it is at 800 MHz. Compile something and check after a few minutes at maximum temperature againt

I think firmware wouldn't allow fan not to work when temperatures are high, so it might be best if you open your laptop and check if the fan is stuck.
