kde konsole has constant pop-up problem

In kde konsole, how can I prevent the tab "properties" little white dialog box from popping up when opening another random tab already minimized in the tab bar?

I always work with 4-6 or more tabs active, and almost every time I need to go to one or another tab an annoying white dialog box pops up automatically in the middle of the page forcing me to stop and close it . A big PITA.

Used konsole for 20 years and I can't find any setting to disable this behavior. Started about 6 months ago, kepted hoping an update would fix it, but hasn't yet.

Anyone else ever see this?

Could you please detail the steps to reproduce the issue? A screenshot maybe?

As far as I'm concerned (Konsole 23.08.4), when opening additional tabs, they simply appear in the tab bar. I can switch between them with left click, Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab, mouse wheel, Alt+tab number...

Only the tab title appears when hovering it, as expected. Never seen this "properties white dialog box" you're mentioning.
