if i run webfsd (1.21) with ssl (-S)

Code:

SSL cert load error [error:80000002:system library::No such file or directory]
SSL privkey load error [error:10080002:BIO routines::system lib]

in the manpage i read
-C File to use as SSL certificate. This file must be in chained PEM format, first the privat RSA key, followed by the certificate.
dont know what chained pem format is and how to create it?!
