Ive had this conflict for quite a while now, didnt bother with it because i thought an applied DWM patch needed it, checked today and it doesnt seem to be the case.
I know i have to somehow either deselect this package version, but im not quite sure how to do it. Here is portage's output to the issue:
Code:

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

You have a package from the nitratesky ebuild repository that needs this specific version of libXft, so Portage can't upgrade it to 2.3.6. Do you know why x11-libs/libXft-bgra-patch-2.3.4 is installed?

If that is what you want to remove, emerge --depclean libXft-bgra-patch should do it, or tell you why you can't. If you want to keep it, then libXft has to stay at version 2.3.4.

As a packager I just don't want things to get messier with weird build systems and multiple toolchains requirements though :)
