xine-ui-0.99.13 and file name in title bar

A recent update updated from xine-ui-0.99.12 to xine-ui-0.99.13, and I have an odd intermittent issue with that version:

Maybe about half the time when playing a video file, the file name doesn't appear in the title bar of the window as it usually does. It's very much random as well, where closing and re-opening the file will often show the file name. Note that in my case this is running inside of fluxbox. I downgraded back to xine-ui-0.99.12 for now.

Anyone else run into this? Thanks!
