Plasma-Desktop Workspace always present on panel (SOLVED)

I have this on my panel which is only present on plasma-wayland session. Not have this on x11
Anybody else experiencing this?

Oh and also, this is only present when I have a live wallpaper running. Different live wallpaper plug ins same result.

Plugins I used:
Smart Video Wallpaper
Smarter Video Wallpaper
Video

Distro:
Gentoo
KDE Plasma 5.25.4
KDE Frameworks 5.96
Qt Version: 5.15.5

issue was vaapi

or to be exact gst-plugins-meta is causing issues so I put -vaapi on the gst-plugins-meta and that solves the issues along with kwin crashes
