Hallo,
heute habe ich mich getraut, von nouveau auf nvidia umzustellen.... bis ich beim Bauen des geänderten Kernels gescheitert bin:

Die Fehlermeldung verstehe ich nicht.... Der Symlink weist auf den verwendeten Kernel 5.15.41. Wo sollte die make-Regel denn liegen?

Es ist merkwürdig, dass in der Fehlermeldung "Keine Regel vorhanden, um das Ziel „/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/11.2.1/include/stddef.h“ noch die GCC Version 11.2.1 auftaucht. Laut "emerge --info" ist diese Version doch nicht mehr installiert?
Falls Du gerade eben erst auf GCC 11.3 upgedated haben solltest: hast Du Dich danach auch abgemeldet und wieder neu angemeldet? Ansonsten stimmen einige Umgebungsvariablen nicht.
Bitte überprüfe, ob 11.2.1 wirklich vollständig deinstalliert ist. Rufe am besten auch noch einmal "gcc-config" und setze GCC 11.3. Entweder .profile sourcen oder ab- und wieder anmelden.
Wie hast Du die Kernel Config geändert? Mit "make config" (gut) oder mit einem Editor die .config editiert (schlecht)?
Hast Du vor dem "make" ein "make clean" laufen gelassen? Wenn nicht, bitte ausführen. |

11.3 ist installiert, aber wann das war, kann ich nicht sagen. Rechner habe ich heute nach 3 oder 4 Tagen erst wieder gestartet....

Das sieht für mich gut aus.....
Kernel habe ich mit "make menuconfig" bearbeitet. Hat bisher noch nie Probleme gemacht.... "make clean" probiere ich aus.... und es scheint zu helfen....
D.h. da ist was übrig geblieben beim letzten Kernel bauen?

"make clean" mache ich immer...
- nach einer größeren Änderung an der Kernel Config
- nach einem Wechsel der Linux Kernel-Hauptversion
- nach einer größeren Ladung Linux Kernel-Patches
- nach einem Wechsel der GCC Version
- wenn komische Fehlermeldung auftreten
Ich habe da aber keine feste Regel - sondern mache das mehr aus dem Gefühl heraus. Immer, wenn es größere Änderungen gab, ist ein "make clean" sinnvoll. |
