Hello there!
So I've got a new PC and was going to install Gentoo on it. My mobo has Intel's Wifi 6 and it appears that the minimal installation cd iso doesn't have the most recent firmware available.
Before anyone mentions it; yes, I tried plugging in an ethernet cable instead and running `net-setup` and that didn't give me an internet connection either.
Here's a reddit post on r/Gentoo I made with more details but I'll go ahead and put them here too.
I run the dmesg command found in the iwlwifi wiki page after getting the info from the lspci command
and I get a lot of repeated lines like this:

and at the bottom of the output:

Now on my other Linux device, which has the most recent firmware, I have the ucode for iwlwifi-so-a0-gf-a0-64 which would suite the supposed requirement I need to get wireless working.
How to get that onto the existing minimal installation CD, I don't know.
I could do that or I could figure out why I don't get internet connection when I plug in and ethernet cable.
If it's useful to know, I have a regular router and a Pi-Hole that acts and the DNS and DHCP server. |

Plz use another live cd.
Like ubuntu,manjaro,fedora etc.
It makes no difference.
In fact it is preferable.
