Hey guys, after yesterday's update Xorg doesnt start (gdm) and the only thing I get is the error Xorg used greatest stack depth: 11624 bytes left. Yesterday I ran a full system update and Xorg-server was one of the packages updated, dunno if it was that. Any help is appreciated

It was mysteriously solved by a kernel recompilation for some weird reason it's the only thing I did (and it's accompanying emerge @module-rebuild oc). |

It's a bit too hard to have an opinion. The only things you've told us about your system is that you use xorg and gdm. Why did you recompile the kernel, and what module(s) did you rebuild with emerge @module-rebuild? _________________ Andy Figueroa
