Sway and system tray

I use Sway and Waybar, and most of the apps which have tray icon support are working.
However, there are few with a problem, tray icon is not appearing.
Those two apps are Cherrytree and media-plugins/calf
I've read somewhere that kde-plasma/xembed-sni-proxy helps (not with those specific apps but in general for apps with the same problem), but that didn't help in my case.
Anyone knows maybe what could help with this situation ?

Actually Calf is solved by installing kde-plasma/xembed-sni-proxy package.
Cherrytree has issues on many distros and DE's with a tray icon, I wasn't able to solve that one.
