Has anyone installed Gentoo on the ASUS Tinker EdgeT board? Amazon currently sells a version for about $290.

The Specification state the OS is Debian 9 ["Stretch"]. Debian's site indicated Debian 9:

Security updates have been discontinued as of July 6th, 2020

The above suggests this is a 2 year old prototype that may have not gone anywhere.

What brought my attention to this is the news announcement "Google partners with Asus IoT to spread availability of Coral on-device AI hardware".

It seems a bit risky to to an run gstreamer's current high watermark on a board whose operating system is now 2 versions behind. I wonder if anyone has any experiences with this board to share.
