The net-p2p/mldonkey require a older ocaml version than 4.10.
In ebuild there is also this comment

Solved with a workaround
Added to package.mask
>dev-lang/ocaml-4.09.0-r2
>dev-ml/camlp4-4.09_p1-r1

Be careful to use package.mask because when net-p2p/mldonkey solve the problem you should remember to delete those entries.
The output that portage gives you is only a warning and does not cause any problems.
