No luck
I thought it was a ~amd64 but it cleared that part up putting | Code: | | net-analyzer/nessus-bin ~amd64 |
in | Code: | | package.accept_keywords |
But still wont emerge so i guess its not 64bit compatible?

You should add net-analyzer/nessus-bin Nessus-EULA entry in /etc/portage/package.license

This happens because you need accept license before download and so portage can't download it for you to avoid legal problems.
