Is it possible to dual-boot macOS with Gentoo on Mac Mini 2018?

Yes, I have such a system, I bought it 2019, so I think it is a mac mini 2018

You can use the option key during boot to select the partition you want to boot from. Doing that, there is no need for any of the boot loader efforts. That method also works well if you have the system installed to an external drive.

Someone else may have a better way, but it works.
