Googling suggests this seems to be a perennial problem.
I've bluedevil and bluez (including USE=obex support) installed, on stable KDE/Plasma.
I can pair my phone; bluetoothctl shows its all set up correctly, as does System Settings->Bluetooth
I should be able to receive files from trusted devices, and my phone is trusted.
But...
The bluedevil widget only shows controls to send files to the phone and to play music.
Trying to share photos from the phone over Bluetooth returns "Connection unsuccessful".
Does anyone know how to make this work?
Thanks for any insights. _________________ Greybeard |
