I have something in /sbin which is blocked in red.

What does it mean/should I be worried?

It means it is linked to by other binaries.
No unless it is blinking which means is a broken symlink.
It might also indicate a suid binary.
Plz use
ls -l /sbin/<binary>
or
file /sbin/<binary>
to examine what it is.
