Paramilk,
Welcome to Gentoo.
There is no Gentoo Install Image for the Raspberry Pis. That's not the Gentoo Way.
First a few questions to get you off to a good start.
Do you want a 32 bit or a 64 bit install?
There is no DRM support for 64 bit yet, so if DRM matters, choose 32 bit.
For 64 bit, choose the armv8-a stage tarball.
For 32 bit, its the armv7a stage tarball
Once you have made that choice, the install process is well documented on the Wiki. The main wart is doing the install without the aid of a chroot.
Having a display helps here, since you can see what went wrong to get a clue to fix it.
Doing it without a display is possible too.
Sakaki's image inspired GenPi64 / Build.Dist which I've not tested. However, it runs in a QEMU chroot, so your can build your own 64 bit install without an arm64 host to do it on. _________________ Regards,
