Hey! Is there any way to check how long I've had Gentoo installed for? I'd like to know how long Ive had it, I lost track lol...

Standard practice if you didn't delete your emerge.log is to check that for your first emerge.
If you pruned it, it becomes hard - checking for oldest directory that came from the initial untar of the stage3 will be a good guess.

If you use ext2, ext3 or ext4, you could use dumpe2fs to find out the date the root filesystem was created:
Code: | dumpe2fs /dev/sdaX | grep "Filesystem created" |
