Hello, I just "finished" installing gentoo and I can't figure out how to fix my audio problems. There are a couple of modifications that I've made in the Kernel, I list there the most important:
- I did enable "USB Audio/MIDI driver" in Sound Card Support.
- I did enable all RealTek support drivers.
- I installed the modules after that with "make modules_install" and then "make install".
I have no soundcard, I tried to connect the headset with USB cable and also directly to the motherboard. I have windows installed and it works fine from there, so I guess it is not a hardware problem. It does not work in Firefox, Chrome, mp3... none.
Thank you for your time! |
