No, I forgot it because it's not in portage, I'll find an ebuild and try it.
And I did say "if you have qtwebengine installed" Tony. |

it IS a monster! Ryzen 2700X w 32G memory and it's still chugging away at full speed 3.70 GHz , temp is 145F
I think I'll quickpkg this because I don't want to do this again!
EDIT:
Code: | Fri May 21 11:51:26 2021 >>> dev-qt/qtwebengine-5.15.2_p20210224
merge time: 1 hour, 18 minutes and 7 seconds.
| Whew! Yes, I quick packaged it. Should be good on any ryzen |

Falkon, meh! Like Firefox without any icons. Vivaldi, bleh! I liked Pale moon which was a continuation of pre-Australis FF. But they've gone off on their own tangent and it might be technically superior but it doesn't render all websites correctly. Like it or not websites are designed for FF or Chrome quirks, not the strict published standards.
EDIT:
I take it back. I blundered into the configuration and it was configured the exact opposite of what I wanted. I reversed all the check marks and now it looks much better. I would replace some icons, but can probably do that with source code patches. Also blundered into how to configure the bookmark toolbar.
Ran finance.yahoo.com and found it works like Firefox (palemoon doesn't show user comments, pretends they don't exist). |
