Hello, and thank in advace for your support.
I installed Gentoo, to be precise Exgent.
I have following problem
Advice is this emerge –ask –update –newuse –deep –with-bdeps=y @world –exclude=”app-admin/calamares”

But I don't know how to exclude an app.

I have following problem

emerge –ask –update –newuse –deep –with-bdeps=y @world

Code:
!!! The ebuild selected to satisfy "sys-auth/polkit" has unmet requirements.
- sys-auth/polkit-0.118::gentoo USE="introspection nls pam -elogind -examples -gtk -jit -kde (-selinux) -systemd -test" ABI_X86="(64)"

The following REQUIRED_USE flag constraints are unsatisfied:
exactly-one-of ( elogind systemd )

The problem is that sys-auth/polkit needs elogind or systemd use flag to be set, but usually with correct profile that is not a problem.
So what profile is set (post your emerge --info)?

You not have enough space for compile spirdermonkey

I have been trying to install Exgent and make Gentoo of it.
Database is 76 days old.
Tried to webrsync, but without success.
Tried to emerge mirrorselect, stuck on python 3.7.9.
Is there any help regarding compile time of python 3.7.9 ?

(virtual/perl-Data-Dumper-2.174.0-r1-1:0/0::gentoo, installed): ebuild is masked or unavailable

It may be possible to solve this problem by using package.mask to
prevent one of those packages from being selected. However, it is also
possible that conflicting dependencies exist such that they are
impossible to satisfy simultaneously. If such a conflict exists in
the dependencies of two different packages, then those packages can
not be installed simultaneously. You may want to try a larger value of
the --backtrack option, such as --backtrack=30, in order to see if
that will solve this conflict automatically.

For more information, see MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge man
page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.

Strange that netifrc want update to 0.7.3, you have some entries in /etc/portage/package* (grep -ri netifrc /etc/portage/)?
What return command emerge -pv =net-misc/netifrc-0.7.3?

Try to update this package and then re-run world update (have you added --deep option on world update?).
