I am trying to update my system but the update gets stuck while installing the spice, below is the console logs

I tries installing spice separately but same issue. I also tried rebooting the system but nothing seems to be working/

Can someone let me know how to resolve this issue.

If i recall correctly NeddySeagoon or someone mentioned recently that using emerge with sudo can cause complications with permissions. It may be worth attempting using a full root user shell by elevating privileges with

in advance of using emerge.
