I frequently get this error showing up in system log:

Quote:
kernel: traps: ck-remove-direc[25005] trap int3 ip:7f4c2e4efa11 \
sp:7ffec4475240 error:0 in libglib-2.0.so.0.5600.2[7f4c2e49e000+115000]

Can anyone enlighten me what this means, if it is serious and how to fix?

sorry to reply to myself but these errors are triggered when
a script runs (every 6 minutes);

the script, called runhide, is a silly thing that checks if firefox is
running and if not runs firefox and puts it in the
background (because I'm tired of waiting the 2-3 seconds it
takes to start firefox with a 2018 computer)

the script looks like this:

Code:
#!/bin/bash
chkff=`pgrep firefox`
if  [[ $chkff = "" ]]
  then
  DISPLAY=:0.0 /usr/bin/firefox &> /dev/null &
  sleep 2
  export DISPLAY=:0.0 && export XAUTHORITY=/home/user/.Xauthority ffid=`wmctrl -l | grep Firefox | awk '{print $1}'`
  export DISPLAY=:0.0 && export XAUTHORITY=/home/user/.Xauthority && xdotool windowunmap $ffid
else
  exit
fi

and the cron job that runs it looks like this:

Code:
*/6 * * * *     user   DISPLAY=:0.0 XAUTHORITY=/home/user/.Xauthority \
ssh user@192.168.0.3 /home/user/docs/gandalf_scripts/runhide >/dev/null 2>&1

("user" is replacing the real user name)

So if someone can see what is triggering the ck-remove-dir error it would be appreciated
