My machine is an old Dell T5500 workstation. How I said, this problems started about 1 year ago. Before I never had problems with USB devices.
According to DebuggingIRQProblems I tried already with:
- noapic: nothing changes
- pci=noacpi: computer didn't boot anymore, only black screen after Grub
- irqpoll: when I plug an usb-device the log was filling with timer problems. The device didn't work anyway
Theres nothing in the BIOS found to be changed regarding Interrupts or ACPI. |
